‘Dicarded’ looks beyond the presented surface of my artistic practice and aims to present the viewer instead with the unseen elements of my creative process. The images included are all photos I chose not to include in previous/current bodies of work, they are images I deemed to be unsuitable, irrelevant, tangential or weak. The texts are taken from my notes, my personal thoughts and internal struggles with my work over the past five years.Together they represent that which I chose not to reveal, the truths that didn’t fit my agenda and which brought me shame.'
